do you know where is the best colors in nature? in the sky! I saw the tops of clouds, they looked like a sea... and clear blue sky above.. and on the horizon the sun was going to rise above the clowds.... blues, violets, white, huge amount of grey and thin strip of bright red! fantastic!

with love...

Ohhhhhh! How lovely! I do love batiks and what a wonderful treat this would be. We are having a beautiful day here, sunny and warmer. I certainly feel more cheerful when the sun it out.

My mother's family is originally from Indonesia. I was just looking through family photos for an embroidery challenge on Craftster (now I've said it out loud, I cannot back out anymore) and they always make me so nostalgic for a life I have never known! Of course batiks (have you ever seen how they are made? It is amazing) always make me think of the Far East...

Dear Zurn, I will try again too. :)
About my day - I almost finished a strange small quilt today. Feeling content and happy now. While waiting for my family to come home, browse my internet friends' pages.
Also, I feel lucky today, yes.
Have a good day!
